Clue Crew

Every case begins with a story, then reveals six fair-play evidence reports and a final mystery question. Play solo with all evidence, or pass one device so each detective holds part of the case.

How it works

  1. 1Choose one to six detectives, one to five cases, and a 5-minute, 10-minute, 20-minute, or unlimited discussion.
  2. 2Read the briefing, then privately memorize assigned evidence in a group.
  3. 3Share evidence and name the culprit in three attempts; a hint costs 25 points.

A quick practice round

Before scoring anything, try one short Clue Crew round. Read the first prompt aloud, make sure everyone understands what to do, and let the group agree on any house rule before continuing.

Keep the group moving

  • Give everyone a chance to pass when a prompt is not a fit.
  • Keep the shared device moving in one consistent direction.
  • Start with a short round, then add more once the group finds its rhythm.

Set up in Party Pulse

Open Clue Crew, choose the players and available round or deck settings, then confirm the setup screen before the first handoff. The selected options stay visible so the group can agree on the format.

Party Pulse turn sequence

Party Pulse shows the prompt and protects the handoff where the game needs it. Pass the shared device to the active player, complete the shown action, then use the on-screen next control to advance Clue Crew.

Scoring and results

Scores, votes, revealed answers, or round outcomes appear after the relevant turn. Read the result together, settle any house-rule tie, and continue until the selected game length ends.

One-device setup and troubleshooting

A phone, tablet, or computer is enough. Keep the device charged, use a readable screen size, and pass it in a consistent direction. If a round is interrupted, use the in-game menu to resume or start a fresh game; do not refresh during a protected handoff.
