How to Play Organ Attack Online
Organ Attack is a fast, strategic card battle for people playing together on their own phones. Protect your organs, attach valid afflictions to your opponents, interrupt their plans, and survive the operating table.

Create a room and get everyone connected
- 1Choose Create room, enter your player name, and start the game setup.
- 2Share the six-character room code or the invitation link shown in the lobby.
- 3Each other player opens Join room on their own phone, enters a name and the room code, then taps Start new game.
- 4Wait until every player appears in the lobby. The host starts once 2–6 players are connected.
Detailed Organ Attack rules
The app deals the cards, checks legal targets, resolves effects, and advances turns. These are the decisions each player still controls.
Your objective
Keep at least one of your organs alive while eliminating every opponent’s organs. The final player with an organ remaining wins. The results screen also shows the surviving-organ totals.
Read your table
Your organ row shows what you must protect, while your action-card hand contains attacks and defensive plays. You can inspect other players and their organs before choosing a move. The turn banner tells everyone whose move is active.
Take a normal turn
On your turn, choose one playable action card. For a targeted card, select the card first and then one of the enabled organs or players. The game prevents invalid targets, resolves the effect, replenishes the hand when required, and passes the turn.
Attack with afflictions
Affliction cards can attack only the organs named by that card unless the card is wild. An organ is removed when it reaches the attack requirement shown on it. Some powerful cards can remove an organ immediately or change the normal targeting rules.
Cure and protect organs
Cure cards remove eligible afflictions from an organ. Resistance and immunity effects can block or delay future damage. Select the defensive card, then follow the highlighted choices to protect the organ that matters most.
Use tactical and bureaucracy cards
Special cards can redirect attacks, rearrange cards, inspect piles, affect another player, or change what is legal for a limited number of turns. Read the on-screen instruction before choosing a target; the interface changes to the selection mode that card needs.
Discard an unusable hand
If the game detects that no action card can be played, it lets you choose up to two action cards to discard and replace. Use the replacement to prepare a stronger next turn instead of attacking illegally.
Instant cards and interruptions
Some cards can be played when their instant control becomes available, even outside the usual flow of a normal move. Act before the opportunity closes; the game applies the interruption and then returns everyone to the current turn.
Elimination and victory
A player is eliminated after losing their final organ. Play continues until one player remains. The game then opens the leaderboard, ranks the table, and shows how many organs each player kept.
Strategy and hosting tips
- Protect an organ that already has damage before starting another risky attack.
- Check every opponent before committing a flexible or wild card.
- Keep the lobby open until everyone confirms their name and room.
- Use the same room invitation to reconnect if a browser briefly disconnects.
- Medical names are part of the game theme, not health advice. Make sure the theme suits everyone playing.
Organ Attack questions
Does everyone need a separate device?
Yes. Each player uses their own phone, tablet, or computer so their action-card hand stays private. Everyone should remain in the same Organ Attack room.
Do players need an account?
No. A player name and the six-character room code are enough to join.
What if someone disconnects?
Open the room invitation again and rejoin with the room code. The game can pause briefly while the player reconnects.
Do I need medical knowledge?
No. Card text, highlights, and legal-target checks guide each move. The terminology is theme and flavour, not a quiz.
Is this based on the physical OrganATTACK! game?
Yes. The digital game follows the core attack, cure, resistance, and survival structure of The Awkward Yeti’s tabletop game.
